Router Protocol, a Web 3.0 cross-chain infrastructure project, has raised $4.1 million in a token sale led by Coinbase Ventures, Woodstock Fund, QCP Capital, Alameda Research, Polygon, Wintermute, Shima Capital, TeraSurge Capital, Maple Block, Wami Capital, and Bison Fund, among others.
Ramani Ramachandran, Shubham Singh, Chandan Choudhury, and Priyeshu Garg established Router Protocol in 2020. It has been developing cross-chain infrastructure that allows current and emerging Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain solutions to communicate.
Router has also announced collaborations with a number of protocols, such as Polygon, Avalanche, Terra, and Algorand, and expects to launch its mainnet in the coming weeks.
