Global consulting firm Uniqus Consultech has announced the successful closure of its $20 million Series C funding round, led by Nexus Venture Partners with participation from Sorin Investments—both existing investors in the company. The capital infusion is aimed at accelerating growth, broadening service offerings, and expanding geographical operations.

Founded in 2022 by ex-KPMG and EY leaders Jamil Khatri and Sandip Khetan, Uniqus Consultech has quickly made a mark in the consulting space with its comprehensive offerings in accounting, financial reporting, finance operations, environmental, social, and governance (ESG), and technology consulting.

The firm has developed proprietary technology platforms that are central to its innovation strategy:

  • UniQuest: A GenAI-powered tool for search and data analysis

  • Risk UniVerse: A platform for financial controls and compliance

  • Reporting UniVerse: Built for integrated data management

  • ESG UniVerse: Focused on ESG and governance reporting

Prior to this round, Uniqus had raised $12.5 million in Series A and $10 million in Series B, bringing its total funding to $42.5 million. Uniqus is on a mission to scale its operations significantly, with a target to hit $100 million in revenue by 2026, up from its current estimated revenue of $86.6 million.
