UK-Based Talent Platform Vizzy Raises £3.65M Seed Funding to Accelerate Growth

Vizzy, a UK-based talent platform helping young professionals showcase their potential to global brands, has raised £3.65 million in a Seed funding round led by Adjuvo.

The newly secured capital will be used to scale operations and strengthen the platform’s product development efforts, the company announced.

Founded by Jess Woodward-Jones (Client Director), Chris Woodward-Jones (CEO), and Joe Woodward (Creative Director), Vizzy aims to transform the hiring experience for young job seekers. The platform allows users to create personalized digital profiles that go beyond traditional CVs—highlighting their interests, ambitions, and strengths in a visual and engaging format.

Vizzy launched in 2023, with Burberry as its first client. The British fashion brand used Vizzy’s platform to source top talent for its recruitment programme. Since then, the company has expanded its client list to include global names such as Virgin Group, Louis Vuitton, PizzaExpress, and WHSmith.

With growing demand for modern, inclusive hiring tools, Vizzy is positioning itself as a key player in reshaping how brands connect with emerging talent.

“We’re building a platform that gives young people a real voice in the job market,” said Chris Woodward-Jones, CEO at Vizzy. “This funding allows us to grow our team and continue building tools that level the playing field.”

As companies increasingly look for creative and authentic ways to connect with Gen Z candidates, Vizzy’s visual-first approach is gaining traction in both retail and corporate sectors.
