The company is revamping its talent strategy to meet the extensive product and business roadmap with an overall plan to hire 500 employees in the next three years. 60% of these will be in the engineering and tech teams and the rest of the talent will be hired across sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and other functions.
The company is optimistic about the growth prospects for Business Management Software industry and has witnessed a stable growth rate in the last two years despite the pandemic. It has been steadily growing over the last few years and has witnessed an active and rising customer base with over 7 million users across the globe. Aiming to reach out to several million SMEs in the next 3-4 years, the current talent-hiring plan will assist in the ambitious business growth strategy. Near future road map will see significant updates on their marque product TallyPrime, solution addressing the need for financial data sharing ecosystem compliance updates to assist businesses across the country etc. The company has currently close to 1000 people working across departments and roles and assisting small and medium businesses in simplifying their lives.
