Gurugram-based cross-border trade enablement startup Xindus has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round led by 3one4 Capital, with co-lead participation from Orios Venture Partners and additional backing from Shastra VC and Caret Capital. The funding marks a crucial milestone in Xindus’ mission to support Indian SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in scaling their operations globally.
Driving India’s Export Growth
The startup plans to use the new capital to onboard over 10,000 customers within the next 18 months, aiming to boost Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) to $200 million. Xindus is set to strengthen its position in the high-potential India-US trade corridor, while expanding its presence in other international markets including Canada, the UK, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.
Revolutionizing Cross-Border Trade with XindusOne
Founded in 2022 by Saurabh Goyal (CEO), Madan Mohan (CTO), Jaikaar Singh (EVP), and Saptarshi Datta (EVP), Xindus operates with a clear vision: to simplify and democratize global trade for Indian manufacturers and exporters. The startup’s flagship platform, XindusOne, acts as a full-stack operating system for cross-border businesses, providing solutions for order fulfillment, global shipping, trade compliance, and seamless management of financial flows.
“This investment marks a pivotal milestone in our journey to empower Indian SMEs with the tools they need to thrive globally. Navigating complex trade regulations and infrastructure challenges has long been a barrier to growth. Xindus aims to eliminate these friction points,” said Saurabh Goyal, Co-founder & CEO.
Investor Confidence in India’s Export Potential
Commenting on the investment, Anurag Ramdasan, Partner at 3one4 Capital, emphasized India’s readiness to scale its export economy.
“India is at a tipping point in becoming a global export leader. Platforms like Xindus are perfectly positioned to drive this momentum by enabling manufacturers to streamline international operations,” he said.
Madhav Tandan, Senior Partner at Orios Venture Partners, highlighted Xindus’ strategic advantage:
“As India moves toward becoming a trillion-dollar export economy, Xindus is building a world-class, cost-effective ecosystem that empowers SMEs to succeed globally.”
