Neolix Raises $600 Million in Series D Round — The Largest-Ever Fundraising in China’s Autonomous Driving Industry

Neolix, the world’s largest provider of Level 4 autonomous delivery (RoboVan) solutions, has announced the successful completion of its Series D funding round, raising over US$600 million. This landmark deal marks the biggest private fundraising in China’s autonomous driving sector to date and stands among the largest private investments in China this year.

Major Backing and Investor Confidence

The Series D round was led by UAE-based StoneVenture, with participation from Gaocheng Capital, CITIC Capital, CDH, Sparkedge Capital, Beijing AI Fund, and one of China’s largest internet conglomerates. Other key investors include Legend Capital, Gaorong Ventures, Templewater, and existing backer Yunqi Partners, which increased its stake. Cygnus Equity acted as the exclusive financial advisor.

The new funding underscores strong investor confidence in Neolix’s technological leadership and commercial scalability. The company plans to channel the funds into algorithm and technology R&D, expand its product portfolio, enhance service and customer experience, and accelerate global expansion.

“We believe autonomous delivery is the future of urban logistics,” said Enyuan Yu, Founder and CEO of Neolix. “This funding will strengthen our technology, fleet, and market leadership, empowering cities with safe, efficient, and intelligent logistics solutions.”

Pioneering Large-Scale RoboVan Deployment

Since its founding in 2018, Neolix has emerged as a global leader in autonomous delivery, having deployed over 10,000 L4 RoboVans across 300 cities in China, including a record 1,200 units in Qingdao alone. Its popular X3 and X6 models have each surpassed 4,000 deliveries, reflecting strong market traction.

Neolix’s proprietary “Neolix-VA” vision-action foundation model has set a new benchmark for autonomous logistics. As the first large-scale end-to-end AI model in the logistics industry, it enables vehicles to navigate complex traffic environments using spatial intelligence and behavioral reasoning.

The company also pioneered map-free autonomous driving for freight applications — a breakthrough that allows true point-to-point delivery on public roads without pre-mapped routes. Neolix’s AI-powered Dispatch Center integrates real-time vehicle, route, and order data, optimizing operational efficiency and reducing downtime.

To date, Neolix’s RoboVans have logged over 50 million kilometers of real-world autonomous driving, making it one of the most experienced players in the global industry.

Dominating Market Share in Autonomous Logistics

Neolix holds a commanding position in China’s autonomous delivery market, with:

  • 60%+ cumulative market share

  • 70%+ of new monthly shipments, and

  • 80%+ of monthly revenue

It serves over 300,000 customers, ranging from major logistics corporations to SMEs. In the express delivery segment, Neolix is the only RoboVan provider working with all major logistics giants, including SF Express, JD Logistics, China Post, STO, YTO, ZTO, and J&T Express, covering nearly 70% of enterprise tenders.

Beyond logistics, Neolix is expanding into fresh food, cold chain, retail, and urban freight operations. Its RoboVans can execute up to 10 delivery cycles per night shift, dramatically improving efficiency and sustainability.

Earlier in 2025, Neolix partnered with Didi Freight to launch the world’s first RoboVan-as-a-Service (RaaS) model, democratizing access to autonomous delivery for small businesses and startups.

Expanding Global Footprint

Neolix’s international growth is accelerating rapidly. In October 2025, it partnered with Abu Dhabi’s K2 Group to obtain the first-ever RoboVan license in the UAE, paving the way for large-scale operations in the Middle East.

The company also joined Japan’s Autoware Association in September 2025 and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Incheon Metropolitan Government in South Korea in July 2025, marking its growing influence in Asia-Pacific.

Driving the Future of Urban Mobility

With this record-breaking funding and continued global expansion, Neolix is redefining the future of last-mile logistics. By merging AI innovation, autonomous driving technology, and sustainable mobility, the company is on track to make RoboVans a mainstream productivity tool in the global supply chain.
