Los Angeles, CA : Rezven Partners, a Los Angeles–based venture capital firm, announced that Life360 (Nasdaq: LIF), the leading family connection and safety platform, has agreed to acquire Nativo, one of Rezven’s portfolio companies built and scaled in partnership with Cie.
The transaction, valued at approximately $120 million, will be completed through a combination of cash and stock, subject to customary closing conditions. The acquisition is expected to close in January 2026.
