New York, September 18, 2025: Vibranium Labs has announced that it has raised $4.6 million in seed funding to accelerate the growth of Vibe AI, the world’s first AI Site Reliability Engineer (AI SRE). Designed to proactively monitor, triage, and resolve IT incidents and outages, Vibe AI uses multimodal agentic technology to help businesses maintain uptime and reliability in an increasingly AI-driven world.
The funding round was led by Calibrate Ventures and Mirae Asset, with additional participation from Franklin Templeton, Plug and Play, Gaingels, Wildcard Capital, FalconX, and DCG. The investment will be used to enhance product innovation, expand engineering and go-to-market teams, and deepen partnerships in industries where downtime is not an option — including finance, healthcare, media & entertainment, e-commerce, retail, and defense.
Transforming Incident Management with AI
Vibe AI acts as a 24/7 AI incident engineer, empowering organizations to anticipate and prevent critical IT incidents, resolve issues faster, and reduce engineering toil. The system integrates seamlessly with existing incident management tools, helping teams cut mean time to resolution (MTTR) by up to 85% while safeguarding business continuity and customer trust.
“Every outage carries hidden costs, lost revenue, shaken confidence, and eroded trust,” said Sang Lee, Co-Founder and CEO of Vibranium Labs, who previously worked at Google and AWS as an AI Engineer and SRE.
“For years, incident response has followed the same script: a senior engineer getting jolted awake at 2 a.m. on a Saturday, scrambling to join a bridge call, juggling Slack threads, Jira tickets, and Datadog dashboards just to piece together what went wrong. They spend hours sifting through logs, trying to recall if a similar incident happened months ago, while customers wait and revenue bleeds. It’s stressful, inefficient, and unsustainable.”
Vibe AI fundamentally changes that process. Acting as an always-on incident engineer, it automatically conducts midnight triage, gathers contextual data from multiple tools, surfaces relevant history, and recommends the most likely fix — before a human engineer even logs in. The result: speed, clarity, and reliability from the first moment an issue occurs.
Investor Confidence and Industry Recognition
The new funding reinforces investor confidence in Vibranium Labs’ mission to redefine enterprise reliability engineering.
“We know that Vibe AI has the potential to change incident management for companies around the globe permanently,” said Jason Schoettler, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Calibrate Ventures. “At Calibrate, we’re proud to be funding Vibranium Labs, which operates on the bleeding edge of technology, as they scale and grow to supply millions with the outage support they need.”
Vibranium Labs was also recently recognized as one of AWS’s inaugural agentic AI partners, joining companies such as Salesforce and Splunk in AWS’s first-ever agentic AI marketplace. This initiative highlights leading-edge companies building intelligent AI-driven solutions for enterprises.
Meeting the Challenge of a Digitally Dependent World
With major global outages — such as the 2024 CrowdStrike incident — exposing the fragility of global IT infrastructure, the need for AI-powered reliability solutions has never been greater. Vibe AI is designed to make system reliability a strategic differentiator, not just a contractual SLA requirement.
By empowering enterprises to maintain uptime, reduce downtime costs, and enhance customer trust, Vibranium Labs is helping organizations protect their most valuable asset — reliability.
