Mumbai, January 12, 2026 — Edgistify, an AI-powered warehousing and fulfilment platform, has raised $1.4 million in a pre-Series A funding round co-led by NB Ventures and Rajesh Ranavat, with participation from PhysicsWallah co-founder Prateek Maheshwari, Vivek Gaur, Vikram Tandon, and several other angel investors.
The Mumbai-based logistics startup previously secured $1.63 million in a seed round from Sterling Auxiliaries and other investors. With this fresh round of capital, Edgistify plans to onboard more high-growth brands, enhance its AI-led orchestration platform EdgeOS, and deepen its fulfilment capabilities across India’s Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, according to a company statement.
Building an Intelligent Supply Chain Backbone
Founded in 2017 by Umang Shukla, Antim Suman, and Kamal Kishore Kumawat, Edgistify aims to create India’s most trusted and intelligent supply chain ecosystem. The company provides end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment solutions that integrate technology, operations, and analytics into one unified platform.
At the heart of this ecosystem is EdgeOS, Edgistify’s proprietary AI-driven orchestration platform. EdgeOS brings together multiple key logistics functions—warehouse management (WMS), order management (OMS), fleet management (FMS), last-mile delivery, and on-ground operational intelligence—under a single digital layer.
By leveraging EdgeOS, brands can build customized fulfilment models that align with their specific requirements, enabling faster deliveries, lower costs, and improved customer satisfaction.
“Our mission has always been to simplify and automate supply chain execution through intelligence and technology,” said Umang Shukla, Co-founder of Edgistify. “This funding will accelerate our goal of building an AI-led fulfilment backbone for India’s fast-growing consumer brands, especially in the country’s emerging markets.”
Solving Real Challenges in E-commerce and Logistics
The platform tackles several recurring challenges in modern logistics, including:
-
Purchase order errors
-
Multi-channel inventory fragmentation
-
Unpredictable replenishment cycles
-
City-wise operational inconsistencies
With its unified execution layer, Edgistify helps businesses streamline operations and ensure accuracy across every stage of the supply chain.
The startup’s technology is particularly suited for FMCG, beauty, electronics, pharma, and quick commerce sectors—segments where fulfilment speed and operational efficiency are critical to customer retention and brand reputation.
Strong Nationwide Footprint
Edgistify has built an extensive warehouse network spanning North, South, East, and West India, enabling deliveries to over 27,000 pin codes nationwide.
According to company data:
-
It handles over 1 lakh daily orders
-
Operates in more than 50 cities
-
Manages over 100 warehouses
-
Has 75+ platform integrations
-
Works with 50+ enterprise clients
This scale allows Edgistify to support omnichannel fulfilment for both digital-first and traditional retail brands, ensuring seamless inventory flow from factory to consumer.
Expanding AI-Led Fulfilment Across Emerging Markets
The company plans to use its pre-Series A funding to accelerate expansion across India’s emerging consumption hubs in smaller cities and towns—where e-commerce growth is now outpacing metro regions.
By deepening its presence in Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets, Edgistify aims to enable brands to reach new customer segments, reduce delivery timelines, and ensure cost-effective operations powered by AI-based decision intelligence.
“The next wave of logistics innovation in India will be driven by AI and automation, not manual intervention,” added Antim Suman, Co-founder at Edgistify. “EdgeOS is built to orchestrate every aspect of fulfilment with real-time visibility and predictive analytics, setting new benchmarks for efficiency and scalability.”
