Tech Mahindra Partners with CS TECH Ai to Deliver AI-Driven Geospatial and Digital Twin Solutions Globally

New Delhi, January 2026: Tech Mahindra, a global provider of technology consulting and digital solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with CS TECH Ai to jointly deliver next-generation geospatial, AI-driven, and digital twin solutions for enterprises and public-sector organizations across international markets.

The collaboration aims to help organizations modernize legacy systems, improve operational efficiency, enable predictive maintenance, reduce downtime, and build resilient, data-driven infrastructure ecosystems. The joint solutions will cater to sectors such as smart cities, utilities, transportation, digital public infrastructure (DPI), and grid modernization.

Combining Enterprise Scale with Engineering-Grade Geospatial Intelligence

Under the partnership, Tech Mahindra will bring its global digital delivery capabilities, enterprise-scale platforms, and digital transformation frameworks, while CS TECH Ai will contribute its engineering-grade geospatial intelligence, Building Information Modelling (BIM) expertise, and high-accuracy digital twin solutions.

Together, the companies plan to build integrated platforms that unify geospatial data, engineering models, and enterprise workflows, enabling better infrastructure planning, execution, monitoring, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset management.

The alliance will also jointly pursue international growth opportunities outside India, focusing on regions where governments and enterprises are rapidly investing in digital public infrastructure, smart mobility, utilities, and intelligent asset ecosystems.

Addressing Global Infrastructure Modernization Challenges

Commenting on the partnership, Birendra Sen, President – Business Process Services at Tech Mahindra, said that infrastructure modernization globally is being challenged by aging assets, fragmented data environments, and increasing climate and geopolitical risks.

“Enterprises and governments are looking for integrated, digital-first approaches aligned with priorities such as digital twins, smart cities, and intelligent asset ecosystems,” Sen said. “By combining Tech Mahindra’s enterprise-wide digital transformation capabilities with CS TECH Ai’s engineering-grade geospatial intelligence, we are delivering scalable and future-ready solutions.”

Accelerating Go-to-Market and Co-Innovation

The partnership is expected to accelerate go-to-market timelines through co-innovation, joint solution development, and proof-of-concept initiatives. The companies will collaborate on large, multi-technology programs that combine geospatial intelligence, engineering data, AI-driven analytics, and enterprise applications.

Key focus regions include the Middle East, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America, where smart infrastructure, data-led governance, and digital public infrastructure programs are gaining momentum.

Sagar Meghe, Chairman of CS TECH Ai, highlighted the growing global demand for digital infrastructure solutions.

“Many regions are accelerating their digital infrastructure initiatives,” he said. “This partnership provides a strong platform to jointly deliver scalable, integrated, and high-impact solutions that meet evolving market needs.”

Strengthening AI-Powered Geospatial Services

As part of the collaboration, Tech Mahindra will further strengthen its end-to-end geospatial services, leveraging AI and machine learning to enable high-precision data acquisition, processing, and visualization. The joint offerings will allow organizations to analyze complex geospatial datasets, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across public and private sector use cases.

Both companies also plan to co-develop new digital platforms, pursue large-scale global opportunities, and build end-to-end systems that seamlessly integrate geospatial intelligence with enterprise workflows.

With governments and enterprises worldwide prioritizing smart infrastructure and digital transformation, the Tech Mahindra–CS TECH Ai partnership is positioned to play a significant role in shaping the future of AI-driven geospatial and digital twin solutions.
