Vennre Raises $9.6 Mn Pre-Series A Funding

Riyadh, 27, January 2026: Vennre, a wealth creation platform focused on high earners who are not yet wealthy, has raised $9.6 million in a Pre-Series A funding round, comprising a mix of equity and debt.

The round was co-led by Vision Ventures and the anb seed Fund, with participation from Sanabil 500, Ace & Co, Plus VC, and a group of strategic individual investors from banking, technology, and startup ecosystems.

Targeting the Underserved HENRY Segment

Vennre is building a platform designed for high-income professionals who lack access to institutional-grade private investments. The company enables users to participate in private-market opportunities—such as private equity, venture capital, real estate, and private credit—that have traditionally been reserved for large institutions or ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

The platform aims to remove long-standing entry barriers by offering a transparent, technology-driven, and Shariah-compliant investment experience, addressing a major gap in the regional wealth management landscape.

The latest funding round reflects growing confidence among regional investors in Vennre’s mission to democratise private market access for retail and emerging affluent investors.

Strong Early Traction and Leadership Milestones

Founded by Ziad Mabsout, Anas Halabi, and Abdulrahman AlMalik, Vennre has reached key milestones over the past year. The company recently appointed Dr Ibrahim AlMojel as Chairman of its Saudi board and has surpassed $40 million in transaction value on its platform—signalling rising investor trust and market adoption.

Commenting on the raise, Ziad Mabsout, CEO and Co-Founder of Vennre, said the funding validates the platform’s long-term vision.

“A new generation of ambitious professionals across the region has achieved financial success but lacks the tools to compound it effectively,” he said. “This round is a strong endorsement from leading institutions that a large, underserved HENRY segment is ready for a better wealth-building experience. We are focused on long-term wealth creation, built on discipline, trust, and alignment—starting with curated private investments and expanding into a complete wealth journey.”

Investor Confidence in Private Market Access

Khalid S. Alghamdi, CEO of anb capital, highlighted the scale of the opportunity in private markets.

“Private markets globally manage over $14 trillion in assets, yet individual investors represent less than 5% of participation,” he said. “Vennre addresses this imbalance by offering Shariah-compliant access to private markets for high-income Saudis. With more than $40 million already facilitated, the platform demonstrates strong alignment with Vision 2030’s goal of broadening capital markets participation.”

Kais Al-Essa, Founding Partner and CEO of Vision Ventures, added that Vennre’s approach aligns closely with the firm’s investment philosophy.

“Vennre enables access to high-quality investment opportunities that were previously available only to a select few,” he said. “Democratising access to asset classes like real estate, private equity, venture capital, and private credit supports generational wealth creation and strengthens Saudi Arabia’s fintech and financial sector development.”

Expansion Plans Ahead

Vennre plans to deploy the fresh capital to grow its customer base, enhance platform capabilities, and deepen its presence in Saudi Arabia, as the Kingdom continues to open its financial markets and support fintech innovation.

As private markets gain traction among retail investors, Vennre is positioning itself as a key player in reshaping how emerging affluent individuals across the region build long-term wealth.
