Myntra Appoints Pramod Adiddam as Chief Technology Officer

BENGALURU, IndiaMyntra, one of India’s largest fashion e-commerce platforms, has appointed Pramod Adiddam as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), strengthening its senior leadership as the company scales its technology and digital capabilities.

In his new role, Adiddam will report to Nandita Sinha and will be responsible for driving Myntra’s overall technology strategy, with a focus on innovation, platform resilience, and long-term technology architecture.

Veteran Technology Leader Joins Myntra

Adiddam brings more than two decades of experience in building and operating large, consumer-facing technology platforms. Prior to joining Myntra, he spent five years at Instacart, where he served as Vice President and Head of Engineering. At Instacart, he led global engineering teams across platform development, marketplace expansion, and product innovation.

Before Instacart, Adiddam spent over 11 years at Google, most recently as Head of Engineering. During his tenure, he worked on large-scale commerce systems, helped scale multi-billion-dollar marketplace engines, and contributed to initiatives involving advanced agentic models and distributed systems.

Strengthening Technology Foundations at Scale

Commenting on the appointment, Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha said Adiddam’s experience would be critical as the company continues to expand its offerings and customer base.

“As Myntra continues to grow in scale and depth of offerings, Pramod’s expertise in building and operating large, global platforms and his ability to combine deep technical understanding with disciplined execution will be key as we continue to strengthen our technology foundations at scale,” she said.

Adiddam’s appointment comes at a time when Myntra is focusing on improving platform reliability, personalisation, and innovation, amid growing competition in India’s fashion and lifestyle e-commerce market.

Leadership Transition and Recent Senior Hires

The appointment follows the exit of Myntra’s former Chief Technology and Product Officer Raghu Krishnananda, who stepped down in April last year after a five-year tenure. It also marks Myntra’s second senior leadership hire in 2026, following the appointment of Ritesh Mishra as Senior Vice President and Head of Category and Revenue last month.

Strong Financial Performance in FY25

Myntra’s leadership strengthening comes against the backdrop of a sharp improvement in financial performance. In FY25, the Bengaluru-based company reported a nearly 18-fold jump in net profit to ₹548 crore, compared with ₹31 crore in the previous fiscal year.

Revenue from operations rose 18% year-on-year to ₹6,043 crore, up from ₹5,122 crore in FY24, reflecting improved operational efficiency and sustained demand across fashion and lifestyle categories.

With Pramod Adiddam at the helm of its technology function, Myntra is aiming to future-proof its digital infrastructure, support continued growth, and deliver more resilient and innovative shopping experiences to millions of customers across India.
