Showroom B2B raises $17 million in Series A Funding

Delhi NCR-based apparel manufacturing startup Showroom B2B has secured $17 million in a mix of equity and debt in its Series A funding round. The round was led by Cactus Partners, with participation from Zephyr Peacock, Jungle Ventures, Accion Ventures, NBD Ventures, Lighthouse Canton, and Alteria Capital.

The fresh capital infusion marks a significant milestone for the technology-driven apparel manufacturing company as it looks to expand its production capabilities and enhance its B2B sourcing platform across India’s textile ecosystem.

Funding to Boost Apparel Manufacturing and Supply Chain Efficiency

With the newly raised Series A funding, Showroom B2B plans to strengthen its end-to-end apparel manufacturing operations while scaling its B2B technology platform. The company aims to improve efficiency, speed, and predictability across the garment supply chain, addressing long-standing challenges faced by organized retail and brand-led sourcing programs.

India’s textile and garment industry is one of the largest in the world, yet inefficiencies in production planning, cost control, quality management, and logistics often impact retailers and brands. Showroom B2B seeks to bridge these gaps through a technology-enabled manufacturing and sourcing model.

Building a Resilient and Transparent Apparel Supply Chain

Abhishek Dua, Co-founder of Showroom B2B, emphasized that the funding will help the company build a more resilient and transparent supply chain ecosystem.

“This fundraiser enables us to create a stronger and more transparent apparel supply chain for organized retail and brand-driven sourcing programs. Our focus has always been on execution—ensuring design accuracy, cost efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery at scale,” he said.

Dua further added that the company will invest in strengthening its internal systems, expanding its workforce, and enhancing manufacturing capabilities to meet growing demand from retailers and brands.

Expanding Reliable Manufacturing Capacity

Co-founder Shubham Gupta highlighted the increasing complexity of customer requirements in the apparel industry. As retailers and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands demand faster turnaround times, scalable production, and consistent quality, the need for reliable manufacturing capacity has become critical.

“As customer needs evolve and become more scale-driven, our focus remains on building dependable manufacturing infrastructure and transparent execution frameworks,” Gupta noted.

He also explained that the funding will enable Showroom B2B to support long-term sourcing partnerships while integrating smaller manufacturers into organized, enterprise-led supply chains. This inclusive approach allows MSME factories to participate in structured retail ecosystems, improving growth opportunities across the textile sector.

Investor Confidence in Technology-Led Apparel Manufacturing

Amit Sharma, General Partner at Cactus Partners, stated that Showroom B2B addresses a significant gap in India’s consumer and value retail segment.

“Showroom B2B operates in the consumer-driven segment of the Indian economy by manufacturing apparel and optimizing supply chains for value retailers and, increasingly, D2C brands. The company leverages technology to bring greater transparency and predictability at competitive price points,” he said.

The investment reflects growing investor confidence in startups that combine traditional manufacturing strength with digital supply chain optimization.

Design-to-Delivery Model for Organized Retail

Showroom B2B offers integrated services spanning design, production, and logistics. The company operates its own production units while also collaborating with partner factories to scale output efficiently.

Its comprehensive design-to-delivery sourcing model allows retailers and brands to streamline procurement processes, reduce lead times, and ensure consistent quality across product categories.

The company currently serves multiple apparel segments, including:

  • Denim

  • Knits

  • Wovens

  • Kidswear

Showroom B2B works with organized apparel retailers, brands, and buying houses, positioning itself as a strategic sourcing and manufacturing partner in India’s growing retail ecosystem.

Strengthening India’s Textile and Garment Ecosystem

India is a global textile manufacturing hub, yet value retailers and emerging D2C brands often struggle with supply chain fragmentation and inconsistent production standards. By integrating technology with manufacturing, Showroom B2B aims to bring greater structure, visibility, and accountability to apparel sourcing.

The Series A funding will enable the company to:

  • Expand manufacturing capacity

  • Upgrade operational systems

  • Improve supply chain transparency

  • Deepen partnerships with enterprises and mid-sized retailers

  • Support small manufacturers with access to organized sourcing programs

The Road Ahead

As organized retail and D2C brands continue to grow in India, demand for efficient, scalable, and transparent apparel manufacturing solutions is expected to rise. Showroom B2B’s technology-driven approach positions it to capitalize on this opportunity.

With strong backing from leading investors and a clear focus on operational excellence, the company aims to redefine how apparel manufacturing and B2B sourcing are managed in India’s evolving retail landscape.
