Kollme has previously served as CFO at several leading firms in the government contracting and technology services sectors, including Buffalo Group, InfoZen, and Acentia. Under his leadership, these companies achieved significant growth and three successful exits to public companies and private equity sponsors.
His career spans over $600 million in M&A transactions, successful capital raises across various financial structures, and the development of high-performing finance teams capable of driving scalable growth.

Doug Kollme holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
