Bengaluru, January 2026 — Home improvement startup Lorazzo has raised ₹5 crore in a seed funding round led by Sprout Venture Partners and First Cheque by India Quotient, marking a major milestone in its journey to redefine India’s kitchen and bathroom fittings market.
The round also saw participation from Chandigarh Angel Network and a group of strategic angel investors.
Funds to Fuel Product Innovation and Omnichannel Expansion
The fresh capital will be utilized to accelerate product innovation, enhance design and technology capabilities, and expand Lorazzo’s omnichannel presence across India. The company aims to strengthen its product line while deepening its integration of smart technologies into everyday home utilities.
Engineering for Indian Homes
Founded in 2024 by Jatin Luthra and Saurabh Gupta, Lorazzo operates in the kitchen and bathroom fittings category, offering a premium range of smart bidets, kitchen faucets, stainless steel and quartz sinks, and modular accessories.
Unlike most global counterparts, Lorazzo’s products are engineered for Indian households, taking into account factors like variable water pressure, high TDS levels, and urban infrastructure limitations.
Digital-First, Customer-Centric Approach
Lorazzo currently sells its products through its own website, alongside listings on major e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. The brand follows a direct-to-consumer (D2C) model, emphasizing design quality, durability, and convenience.
The company’s omnichannel growth strategy will soon include partnerships with offline retail formats and experience-driven showrooms, allowing customers to explore and customize home improvement solutions with expert assistance.
The Road Ahead
With the Indian home improvement and smart living market expected to exceed $30 billion by 2030, Lorazzo is positioning itself at the intersection of design, innovation, and technology. The company’s long-term vision is to make intelligent, durable, and aesthetically refined home solutions accessible to every Indian household.
