New Delhi: Mobility and logistics company BikeWo Green Tech Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kwik Flite Support, which operates under the KlikAir brand, to jointly evaluate the development of an integrated air cargo and aviation logistics platform in India.
The strategic partnership marks another step in BikeWo Green Tech’s broader expansion into multimodal logistics and next-generation transportation solutions. The companies will initially assess the commercial feasibility of launching air cargo services designed for high-value and time-sensitive shipments.
Partnership to Focus on High-Speed Cargo Transportation
Under the agreement, BikeWo Green Tech and KlikAir will study opportunities to provide faster and more secure logistics solutions for sectors that depend on rapid deliveries.
The proposed air cargo network will primarily cater to industries such as:
- Healthcare and pharmaceuticals
- Medical supplies
- E-commerce
- Consumer electronics
- Automotive components
- Industrial spare parts
- Business supply chain logistics
The collaboration aims to reduce delivery times while improving supply chain efficiency by combining air transportation with existing road logistics networks.
Building an Integrated Logistics Ecosystem
The two companies will evaluate the entire cargo movement process, including:
- First-mile pickup
- Airport cargo handling
- Air transportation
- Airport-to-airport services
- Airport-to-door delivery
- Last-mile logistics
- Real-time shipment tracking
The integrated approach is expected to improve visibility across the logistics chain while offering businesses faster delivery options for critical shipments.
Expansion into Tier-II and Tier-III Cities
If initial pilot projects prove commercially successful, BikeWo Green Tech and KlikAir plan to develop a technology-driven logistics network connecting major metropolitan cities with Tier-II and Tier-III markets.
The companies also intend to explore future opportunities in:
- Regional air cargo services
- Express logistics
- Drone-based deliveries
- Advanced transportation technologies
- Multimodal logistics infrastructure
The initiative aligns with India’s growing demand for faster logistics services driven by the rapid expansion of e-commerce, healthcare distribution, and manufacturing supply chains.
Strengthening India’s Logistics Infrastructure
Commenting on the partnership, Hiten Pal Saklani, CEO of BikeWo Green Tech Limited, said the collaboration represents an opportunity to evaluate air cargo as a strategic extension of the company’s logistics platform.
He added that the initiative supports BikeWo’s vision of building next-generation logistics infrastructure capable of improving speed, connectivity, and operational efficiency across India.
KlikAir, through its aviation expertise, will complement BikeWo’s existing logistics capabilities as both companies assess the long-term viability of the proposed platform before considering a broader commercial rollout.
Growing Demand for Air Cargo Services
India’s logistics industry is witnessing increasing demand for integrated transportation networks as businesses seek faster and more reliable delivery solutions.
The expansion of e-commerce, pharmaceutical distribution, electronics manufacturing, and industrial supply chains has created new opportunities for multimodal logistics platforms that combine road, air, and emerging technologies.
If successfully implemented, the proposed partnership between BikeWo Green Tech and KlikAir could contribute to strengthening regional connectivity while supporting India’s rapidly evolving logistics ecosystem.
