New Delhi: Beauty and personal care company Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company of Mamaearth, has appointed Shivang Jain as the Chief Executive Officer of BTM Ventures, the company behind men’s personal care brand Reginald Men.
The leadership appointment follows Honasa Consumer’s acquisition of a majority stake in BTM Ventures in December 2025 and reflects the company’s strategy to strengthen its presence in India’s rapidly growing men’s grooming and personal care market.
Shivang Jain to Lead Next Phase of Growth

The appointment is expected to support Honasa Consumer’s broader portfolio diversification strategy as it continues investing in emerging beauty and personal care brands.
Leadership Experience Across Strategy and Business Growth
Before taking on his new role, Jain served as Vice President – Corporate Strategy and Chief of Staff at Honasa Consumer, where he worked closely with the company’s founders on corporate strategy, portfolio expansion, business planning, and key growth initiatives.
He brings more than 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, and investment advisory.
Prior to joining Honasa Consumer, Jain held leadership and advisory roles at:

- JPMorgan Chase & Co.
His experience across finance, strategy, and business transformation is expected to support BTM Ventures as it enters its next growth phase.
Focus on Innovation and Consumer Value
Commenting on his appointment, Shivang Jain said he is excited to lead the company’s next stage of development by strengthening the brand, accelerating innovation, and delivering greater value to consumers.
The leadership transition comes at a time when India’s men’s grooming industry continues to witness increasing demand for premium skincare, wellness, and personal care products.
Honasa Consumer Strengthens Its Brand Portfolio
Honasa Consumer has been actively expanding its portfolio beyond Mamaearth through strategic acquisitions and investments in emerging direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
The acquisition of a controlling stake in BTM Ventures has enabled the company to strengthen its footprint in the men’s personal care segment while diversifying its product offerings across multiple consumer categories.
Founded in August 2022 by Trisha Reddy Talasani, BTM Ventures operates Reginald Men, a science-backed men’s skincare and personal care brand focused on modern grooming solutions.
India’s Men’s Grooming Market Continues to Expand
India’s men’s personal care industry has witnessed significant growth in recent years, driven by increasing consumer awareness, premium product adoption, and rising demand for specialized skincare and grooming products.
As competition intensifies, companies are investing in product innovation, brand building, and experienced leadership to capture a larger share of this fast-growing market.
