Wearable Device Healthtech Startup Neuphony Raises Rs 1.1 Cr

Wearable Technology Neuphony, a health-tech startup, has raised INR 1.1 crore in a seed round from ah! Ventures Angel Platform and other investors such as DERBI Foundation and IIMA CIIE. ah! Ventures’ overall portfolio is INR 251 CR (33.5 MN USD) with 11 exits and 21 follow-on rounds, with 40 investments in 2021 and a total of 103 investments (in 82 Startups) to date. ah! In 2021, Ventures expects to make 45+ investments totaling INR 150+ CR ($20MN USD).

Ria and Bhavya have been praised for their efforts in developing a product that would have a big impact on the healthcare industry. Neuphony just secured 1.1 crores in its initial round of fundraising, demonstrating that not only users, but also investors, believe in it. The startup hopes to raise an additional Rs. 1.3 crore in the seed phase.

Neuphony was founded in India and was designed in Germany. While the product has the most modern technological setup, Indian talent is in charge of its manufacturing, marketing, and distribution. Neuphony is the first device in India to facilitate BCI research and development. In the next years, they hope to establish neurocognitive labs in all colleges and wellness facilities, including psychologists.
