Sumeru Ventures led a Series C fundraising round for GOQii Inc, which raised $50 million.
GOQii, a smart-tech-enabled healthcare platform founded in 2014 by Vishal Gondal and headquartered in California with operations in Mumbai, is a smart-tech-enabled healthcare platform that connects customers to the full preventative healthcare ecosystem. Fitness tracker, app, coaching, healthstore, insurance, and other services are available through GOQii.
The funds were raised through a combination of equities, preference shares, notes, and debt. Sumeru Ventures led the equity round, while Blacksoil Capital and Trifecta Capital led the venture debt round.
