Vivriti Capital raises $30 mn from TVS Capital in Series C Funding

As part of its Series C round, non-bank lender Vivriti Capital Pvt. Ltd raised an extra $30 million (about Rs 228 crore) from TVS Shriram Growth Fund 3.

Vivriti Finance, which provides debt capital to SMEs in India, most recently secured a Series B investment from Lightrock in two tranches, with $100 million in March 2020 and 100 crore ($13.6 million) in September 2020. (then called LGT Lightstone Aspada).

The company will use some of the new funds to expand its asset management subsidiary, Vivriti Asset Management. The asset management arm also announced the final closing of its second debt fund, which raised 350 crore (about $46 million) on Wednesday.
