Bengaluru-based agritech startup Fyllo raises $2 mn in Funding

Fyllo, an agritech firm, has secured $2 million in a round headed by IAN, Triveni Trusts, Ninjacart, and new investors Venture Catalysts, StarAgri, Kia Ora Ventures, Singularity Ventures, Mastermind Capital, and Angel investors.

Fyllo, a data-driven Agri-science platform founded in 2019, ensures the quality and quantity of agricultural produce. Their IoT technology identifies and measures the precise needs of plants in real time, and then delivers timely advice to farmers through an Agri-science platform powered by AI.

For each physiological stage of crop and soil, the firm has built crop-specific models for irrigation, nutrients, diseases, pests, and weather management.

The funds will be used to expand into other markets and for research and development to support more crops, according to the company.
