Lenskart invests $100 million in Neso Brands in seed round

Lenskart Solutions Pvt. Ltd, an eyewear company, announced on Monday that it had invested over $100 million in Singapore-based Neso Brands as seed capital.

According to the release, Neso Brands, based in Singapore, will continue to invest in consumer eyewear brands and grow them by using synergies across the Lenskart Group to drive worldwide expansion.

Neso Companies, founded in 2022, aims to invest in direct-to-consumer eyewear brands, similar to Luxottica Group’s concept.

Neso Brands plans to use the new money to house brands and facilitate a faster global roll-out by offering them access to shared resources, such as technology, supply chain, distribution, and cash.
