Edtech Startup Skill-Lync Acquires Experiential Learning Platform Crio

Chennai-based edtech start-up Skill Lync has acquired Crio—an experiential learning platform for tech careers—for an undisclosed sum.

After this acquistion, Crio will function as a separate brand inside the Skill-Lync Group.

Binny Bansal supports the startup Crio, which was formed by former employees of Flipkart and Google. It employs about 100 people.

With more than 3,000 workers, Skill-Lync is committed to offering engineering students and recent graduates across all disciplines courses that are both industry-relevant and career-leading. 30,000 students have enrolled in courses on the site, claims the business.

Both businesses hope to provide approximately 25,000 students with appropriate work possibilities through the transaction.
