Edtech startup Saarthi Pedagogy raises Rs 10Cr Funding

Saarthi Pedagogy, a startup in the edtech space, raised Rs 10 crore from venture capital firm GVFL Limited before closing its Rs 30 crore pre-Series A investment. Pinnacle Investments, a division of the Prestige Group, also participated in the current round.

The business intends to increase the size of its technological team, produce more content, and broaden its sales reach using the money it has raised.

Saarthi Pedagogy, founded in 2018 by Sushil Agrawal, provides mid-tier schools with LMS and ERP functionalities. The business recently debuted its updated technology platform to assist schools in identifying changes in kids’ learning outcomes and provide them with personalised homework sheets.

Commenting on the funding Saarthi Pedagogy founder Sushil Agrawal said, “We are laser-focused on solving the problem of 4.5 lakh budget schools that charge a fee between Rs 15,000 – 45,000. These are schools where affordability is a major concern and students are extremely value conscious, but they also require a tech-driven learning solution to make a meaningful difference in their student’s learning outcomes.”
