Healthtech startup LifeSigns raises funding from Dr. SP Ganesan and others

LS Devices Pvt. Ltd.’s LifeSigns iMS, a health tech firm based in Chennai, has raised an undisclosed sum in a pre-Series A fundraising round to build a digital wireless patient monitoring solution platform for ambulatory, inpatient, and home care settings.

A well-known pathologist from Chennai with more than 40 years of experience, Dr. SP Ganesan, participated in the round of investors. The cash raised will be put to use to expand across India and speed up the iMS platform.

At hospitals, at home, and in ambulances, LifeSigns offers electronic solutions for patient monitoring. Healthcare practitioners can access LifeSigns’ high-quality, clinical-grade patient vital data at an affordable price point anywhere, at any time.

Recently, LifeSigns partnered with Kerala based Amala Hospital, a leading multi-disciplinary chain of hospitals, to launch a new and innovative smart ward with wearable wireless technology of LifeSigns.
