The transaction has been structured through Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) and Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS).
The strategic investment is expected to strengthen Crizac’s capabilities across critical stages of the international student journey, including university selection, education financing, admissions support, and visa preparation.
