New Delhi: Flexible workspace platform Stylework has secured $1 million in equity funding in the second close of its pre-Series B funding round, reinforcing investor confidence in India’s rapidly growing flexible office ecosystem. The investment round was led by Auxano Capital, with participation from family offices, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
The latest funding follows the company’s first close, which attracted investments from Equentis Angel Fund, Karekeba Ventures/Cogniphy AIF Fund, MoneyVyapaar, and LetsVenture Fund. Together, the two closes have taken Stylework’s total pre-Series B funding to more than $3.5 million.
Since its inception, the startup has raised over $6.5 million across four funding rounds.
Funding to Support Expansion and Technology Growth
Stylework plans to utilize the fresh capital to strengthen its presence in Tier I and Tier II cities, enhance its technology infrastructure, and deepen partnerships with enterprise customers.
The company aims to capitalize on the growing demand for flexible office solutions as businesses continue adopting hybrid work models and decentralized workplace strategies.
Building India’s Flexible Workspace Ecosystem
Founded in 2016 by Spaarsh Khandelwaal, Stylework operates a technology-driven platform that enables enterprises to discover, book, and manage flexible workspaces across India.
Today, the platform provides access to more than 10,000 workspace centres spread across 125 cities, making it one of India’s largest flexible workspace networks.
Its portfolio includes:
- Coworking spaces
- Managed office solutions
- Meeting rooms
- Flexipasses
- Multi-location workspace access
The company also offers enterprise workspace management through its proprietary SaaS platforms, Flexboard and Stylework.ai, enabling organizations to manage occupancy, employee rostering, workspace budgets, and access control from a unified dashboard.
Strong Financial Performance
Stylework reported a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) exceeding ₹340 crore during the current financial year.
The company also achieved:
- Annual net revenue run rate of over ₹50 crore
- Profit exceeding ₹2 crore
- Second consecutive year of profitability
