The center was inaugurated by Shri Harsh Sanghavi, Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat, in the presence of C Vijayakumar, CEO & Managing Director of HCLTech, and Shri Sanjay Kaul (IAS), Managing Director & Group CEO of GIFT City.
HCLTech Partners with IIT Gandhinagar and GTU
Alongside the launch, HCLTech signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar and Gujarat Technological University (GTU) to strengthen collaboration between industry and academia.

He noted that the new facility and AI Lab would strengthen GIFT City’s innovation ecosystem while reinforcing its position as a globally competitive destination for technology, finance, and digital innovation.
