Bengaluru, India: AI-powered robotics company Agile Robots has acquired a majority stake in Bengaluru-based XNG Automation, strengthening its presence in India’s fast-growing industrial automation market and accelerating the adoption of intelligent manufacturing solutions.

The acquisition will enable Agile Robots to combine its advanced robotics and artificial intelligence technologies with XNG Automation’s expertise in factory automation, machine vision and system integration, helping manufacturers transition towards AI-enabled production.

Through the partnership, Agile Robots aims to expand its robotics and automation business in India by leveraging XNG Automation’s established customer base, local market expertise and engineering capabilities.
