ProHance Appoints Ankur Agarwal as VP & GM to Lead ProHanceCX Sales Growth

BENGALURU, September 2, 2026: ProHance has appointed Ankur Agarwal as Vice President & General Manager, ProHanceCX Sales, as the workforce management technology company looks to expand its presence in the global customer experience and workforce management market.

Agarwal will lead the growth strategy for ProHanceCX, the company’s dedicated product line focused on workforce management (WFM). His mandate includes working closely with ProHance’s sales organization to expand the product’s enterprise footprint and position ProHanceCX as a leading WFM solution.

Ankur Agarwal to Drive ProHanceCX Expansion

In his new role, Agarwal will be responsible for developing ProHanceCX’s sales charter and strengthening its relationships with enterprise customers across customer experience and workforce engagement markets.

The appointment comes as businesses increasingly look for ways to improve workforce productivity and operational efficiency while managing teams with tighter resources.

Agarwal said the opportunity at ProHance comes at a time when companies are under pressure to achieve greater business outcomes with leaner teams. He highlighted ProHanceCX’s focus on delivering measurable return on investment and said he plans to work closely with the sales organization to build long-term enterprise relationships.

Nearly Two Decades of Enterprise CX and WFM Experience

Agarwal brings more than 19 years of enterprise sales leadership experience spanning customer experience, workforce engagement and workforce management solutions.

He joins ProHance from Verint Systems, where he spent nearly 18 years and most recently served as Sales Director. During his tenure, he was responsible for growing some of Verint’s largest and most strategic enterprise accounts in India, particularly across the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) and business process outsourcing (BPO) sectors.

According to ProHance, Agarwal managed one of the company’s largest net-new business quotas in India and among its highest across the Asia-Pacific region. Over the past decade, he contributed more than $50 million in net-new revenue for Verint, including the largest deal in Verint India’s history.

His extensive experience in enterprise selling and WFM solutions is expected to support ProHance’s efforts to scale ProHanceCX and deepen its presence among large enterprise customers.

ProHance Strengthens Workforce Management Leadership

Welcoming Agarwal to the leadership team, Ankur Dhingra, CEO of ProHance, said Agarwal’s experience across enterprise CX and WFM sales, combined with his consultative and ROI-focused approach, aligns with the company’s ambitions for ProHanceCX.

Dhingra highlighted Agarwal’s experience building strategic accounts across BFSI and BPO as an important asset as ProHance works toward establishing ProHanceCX as a market-leading workforce management offering.

The company expects the new leadership role to help translate ProHanceCX’s technology proposition into larger enterprise relationships and sustained growth.

Building ProHanceCX Into a WFM Market Leader

ProHance’s latest leadership appointment reflects its broader focus on expanding its position in enterprise customer experience, workforce engagement and workforce management.

With enterprises seeking greater productivity and efficiency from increasingly lean teams, WFM technologies are becoming an important component of workforce planning and operational management.

Agarwal’s experience in enterprise CX and WFM sales could give ProHanceCX additional momentum as the company looks to scale its sales organization and expand its global enterprise footprint.

Agarwal holds a BTech in Electronics and Communication from BIET Jhansi and an MBA from IBS Hyderabad.
