As part of the transaction, AscentHR has acquired 100% ownership of OS-HRS Malaysia, OS-HRS Japan, and OS-HRS India from BREXA Inc. (formerly Outsourcing Inc.), headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. The companies have not disclosed the financial terms of the deal.
