Bengaluru-based quick home services startup Snabbit has appointed Pradeep Yadav as its new Head of Operations, bringing in an experienced consumer internet and supply-chain leader as the company looks to strengthen execution and scale its home services network across India.
Yadav will oversee Snabbit’s operations, with a focus on service delivery, operational efficiency, supply-chain systems and building processes capable of supporting the company’s rapid growth.
Pradeep Yadav Brings 15 Years of Operations Experience
Yadav brings around 15 years of experience across supply chain, operations and consumer internet businesses.
Before joining Snabbit, he co-founded Klydo, a quick-fashion delivery startup, alongside Ankit Agarwal in September 2025. Klydo offered fashion deliveries in Bengaluru within 15–30 minutes and raised approximately $2 million in seed funding.
Klydo paused its consumer operations in July 2026 as it works towards a new product direction.
Yadav has also held leadership positions at udaan and Flipkart, giving him experience across high-growth consumer and commerce businesses.
He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Delhi.
Leadership Change Comes as Snabbit Scales
Yadav will succeed Vikas Choudhary, who has led Snabbit’s operations for the past 18 months.
Choudhary will now focus on new businesses and emerging opportunities within the company.
Snabbit founder and CEO Aayush Agarwal credited Choudhary with helping establish the company’s operational foundation during its early growth phase.
Agarwal said the company is now entering a more complex stage of expansion and expects Yadav’s experience in scaling supply chains and his background as a founder to help build the operational infrastructure required for the next phase.
Snabbit Targets One Million Households Daily
The appointment comes as Snabbit looks to significantly expand its scale.
The company has completed more than 10 million home service jobs since its launch and recently recorded more than 115,000 jobs in a single day.
Snabbit currently operates across five cities and more than 150 micromarkets, including:
- Mumbai
- Delhi NCR
- Pune
- Hyderabad
- Bengaluru
The company is targeting further expansion across India while investing in technology and operational capabilities.
Snabbit’s longer-term ambition is to serve 1 million households every day and build a more organised, reliable and technology-enabled home services network.
Building an Operating Engine for Scale
For Snabbit, the appointment comes at a critical point in its growth journey.
Quick home services require significant coordination between customers, service professionals, technology platforms and local operations. As transaction volumes increase, maintaining service quality while expanding into new markets becomes increasingly complex.
Yadav said his focus would be on strengthening execution and building an operating engine capable of supporting Snabbit’s ambitions while maintaining a reliable customer experience.
What the Appointment Means for Snabbit
The leadership transition signals Snabbit’s shift from building its initial operating foundation to creating systems designed for large-scale expansion.
With more than 10 million jobs completed and a target of reaching one million households daily, the company will need to scale its supply chain, workforce operations, technology infrastructure and service-quality processes simultaneously.
Yadav’s experience across Flipkart, udaan, Klydo and other high-growth businesses could therefore play an important role as Snabbit expands its footprint.
