Dubai Chambers and NASSCOM Partner to Accelerate Agentic AI Growth

Dubai, UAE — August 21, 2026: Dubai Chambers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) to strengthen cooperation in Agentic AI and support Indian companies developing advanced AI and deeptech solutions as they expand into Dubai.

The partnership is designed to connect the technology ecosystems of Dubai and India, creating opportunities for companies, investors and entrepreneurs working on next-generation artificial intelligence.

Dubai and India Build Agentic AI Partnership

Under the MoU, Dubai Chambers and NASSCOM will work on strategic partnerships between stakeholders in the Agentic AI ecosystems of both markets.

The collaboration will focus on:

  • Knowledge and expertise exchange
  • Joint Agentic AI initiatives
  • Business and networking events
  • Connections between companies, investors and entrepreneurs
  • Opportunities for Indian AI and deeptech companies to establish operations in Dubai
  • Greater cooperation between Dubai and India’s technology ecosystems

The partnership is particularly aimed at helping Indian companies specialising in Agentic AI and deeptech use Dubai as a base for international expansion and access to new business opportunities.

Dubai Targets Wider Adoption of Agentic AI

Dubai Chambers said the partnership supports Dubai’s broader efforts to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI across the emirate’s private sector.

Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, said international partnerships would play an important role in developing an integrated ecosystem for Agentic AI adoption.

He added that the initiative is intended to help businesses improve efficiency and productivity while creating new opportunities linked to the future economy.

The initiative also reflects Dubai’s ambition to strengthen its position as a global centre for advanced technologies, digital businesses and future industries.

NASSCOM Brings India’s Technology Ecosystem

NASSCOM represents India’s technology industry, which the organisation puts at approximately US$315 billion, and has more than 3,500 member companies.

Its membership spans technology startups, established companies and multinational corporations across the broader technology services and software ecosystem.

Through the new partnership, NASSCOM will help create stronger connections between India’s technology companies and Dubai’s growing innovation ecosystem.

For Indian Agentic AI startups and deeptech businesses, Dubai could provide access to new customers, investors, partnerships and international markets.

Dubai Creates Agentic AI Executive Committee

The MoU comes after Dubai Chambers established its Executive Committee for Agentic AI in June.

The committee was created to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI across Dubai’s business community and help companies prepare for rapid developments in artificial intelligence.

Its responsibilities include developing specialised Agentic AI training programmes and supporting the creation of incubators for companies working on Agentic AI technologies.

The committee will also support businesses developing AI solutions while promoting knowledge sharing and capacity building within Dubai Chambers.

What the Dubai-NASSCOM Partnership Means for Indian AI Companies

The partnership comes as Agentic AI moves beyond traditional generative AI applications toward systems capable of performing tasks, making decisions and executing workflows with greater levels of autonomy.

For Indian technology companies, closer ties between Dubai and India’s AI ecosystems could create a pathway for international expansion from the UAE.

The collaboration also gives Dubai an opportunity to attract more Indian technology companies and strengthen its position as a regional hub for AI, deeptech and digital innovation.

The Bottom Line

The Dubai Chambers-NASSCOM partnership marks a new step in India-UAE technology cooperation, with Agentic AI at the centre of the collaboration.

By connecting Indian AI companies with Dubai’s business and innovation ecosystem, the initiative aims to encourage investment, knowledge exchange and international expansion while accelerating the adoption of Agentic AI across businesses.
