Ramandeep Singh appointed Deputy CFO at Grant Thornton Bharat

Singh brings more than 16 years of experience spanning Big Four firms and corporate finance roles. His career has included leadership responsibilities across financial controllership, enterprise finance operations, ERP implementation, governance, shared services and business transformation.

Experience at PwC India

Singh joins Grant Thornton Bharat following more than a decade at PwC India, where he served as Director – Finance from 2015 to 2026.

During his tenure, he worked across enterprise finance operations, controllership and markets governance. He also played a key role in an Oracle ERP implementation and contributed to PwC’s Project Shikhar go-to-market strategy.

His experience at PwC adds significant exposure to large-scale finance transformation and technology-enabled operating models.

Career across KPMG, Accenture and Fresenius Kabi

Before PwC, Singh held finance positions at Fresenius Kabi, KPMG India and Accenture Services.

At Fresenius Kabi, his responsibilities included financial controllership, statutory reporting and cost governance. At KPMG India, he worked on financial accounting, audit readiness and process standardisation.

His earlier role at Accenture focused on Record-to-Report operations and shared-services finance, giving him experience in large-scale finance delivery models.

Focus on ERP, automation and analytics

A significant part of Singh’s professional experience has involved connecting finance functions with enterprise technology.

He has led an end-to-end Oracle ERP and Cloud rollout covering areas such as projects, billing, time and expense management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

Singh has also developed executive decision-making dashboards using Power BI, QlikView and Oracle Analytics Cloud, highlighting his focus on using data and technology to improve financial visibility.

Sustainability also part of his finance experience

Singh’s background extends beyond traditional finance transformation. He has also worked on Net Zero programmes, emissions analytics and sustainability compliance initiatives, integrating these areas with financial governance.
