Tech Mahindra is expanding its agentic AI readiness through its partnership with Google Cloud, with a focus on scaling hands-on expertise in Gemini Enterprise across its global workforce.
The initiative is designed to strengthen Tech Mahindra’s ability to help enterprise customers transition from AI experimentation to production-ready deployment and adoption.
The expansion combines trained and certified professionals with reusable industry solutions, production deployment experience and a growing portfolio of agentic AI solutions and AI agents.
12,500+ Employees to Receive Gemini Training
A key component of the initiative is “Build with Gemini,” a hands-on workshop developed by Google Cloud.
Tech Mahindra plans to roll out the programme to more than 12,500 associates worldwide, giving employees practical experience in developing, securing and governing AI agents using Gemini Enterprise tools and solutions.
The training includes capabilities such as Agent Runtime, Agent Gateway and Model Armor, enabling participants to develop skills that can be applied directly to enterprise client engagements.
Employees who complete the workshop will also receive a Google Cloud Skill Badge, adding to Tech Mahindra’s pool of trained talent supporting its enterprise AI delivery capabilities.
Focus on Production-Ready Enterprise AI
The partnership comes as businesses increasingly look beyond AI experimentation and seek solutions that can be deployed in real-world operating environments.
Tech Mahindra is combining its growing AI talent base with industry-specific solutions, AI agents and deployment experience to help customers accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
Its portfolio includes solutions available through the Google Cloud Marketplace, providing customers with access to capabilities designed for practical business applications.
The company has experience deploying Gemini Enterprise in complex enterprise environments and developing industry-specific agentic AI solutions across sectors including telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and retail.
AI Delivered Right Strategy
The initiative also supports Tech Mahindra’s broader AI Delivered Right strategy, which focuses on translating AI innovation into responsible, secure and measurable business outcomes.
According to Pramod Panda, Chief Learning Officer at Tech Mahindra, enterprise AI adoption requires more than technology.
“Enterprise AI will scale only when organizations can combine technology innovation with the talent and delivery capability required to put it into production,” Panda said.
He added that the collaboration with Google Cloud combines hands-on Gemini Enterprise expertise with industry solutions, AI agents and real-world deployment experience.
Google Cloud Partnership Targets AI Deployment
Google Cloud also highlighted the growing shift among enterprises from AI experimentation toward deployment.
Kelly Rogan, Vice President, Global System Integrators Partnerships at Google Cloud, said enterprises are increasingly looking for domain expertise and strong engineering capabilities as they move AI into production.
By scaling Gemini Enterprise expertise across Tech Mahindra’s workforce, the companies aim to help joint customers build, deploy and govern agentic AI solutions while accelerating innovation and business value.
The Bigger Picture
The expansion reflects a broader shift in the enterprise technology market: AI adoption is increasingly moving beyond proof-of-concept projects toward production deployment, governance, security and measurable business outcomes.
For technology services companies, building a workforce capable of implementing and managing AI agents at scale is becoming a critical part of enterprise transformation.
Through its expanded Google Cloud collaboration, Tech Mahindra is strengthening its combination of AI talent, industry solutions and deployment capabilities as enterprises accelerate their adoption of agentic AI.
