CRMIT Solutions Acquires Brooke Global to Strengthen Public Sector Consulting in Australia

October 8, 2026, Bengaluru, India / Australia – Bengaluru-headquartered CRMIT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has announced that its Australian subsidiary, CRMIT Australia Pty Ltd, has acquired Brooke Global, an Australian consulting firm specialising in business process transformation, service redesign and digital consulting for public sector and regulated organisations.

The all-cash acquisition will add Brooke Global’s 40-member strategy consulting team to CRMIT’s global workforce and expand the company’s consulting and delivery capabilities in Australia.

Brooke Global will become part of the CRMIT Australia group while continuing to operate under its existing brand, leadership and identity.

CRMIT Expands Public Sector Transformation Capabilities

The acquisition brings together Brooke Global’s expertise in public sector advisory and service transformation with CRMIT’s capabilities in:

  • Salesforce
  • Customer experience
  • Decision intelligence
  • Data and analytics
  • Agentic AI
  • Enterprise technology
  • Managed services

The combined organisation will support government agencies and regulated enterprises across areas including business strategy, process redesign, technology modernisation, managed services and responsible AI adoption.

40-Member Consulting Team Joins CRMIT

Brooke Global’s 40-member team of strategy consultants will strengthen CRMIT’s presence in the Australian market.

The acquisition gives Brooke Global access to CRMIT’s broader technology, engineering and delivery capabilities, while CRMIT gains additional expertise in public sector transformation and digitally enabled service redesign.

The companies intend to use this combined capability to help Australian government organisations and regulated businesses modernise services while addressing governance and compliance requirements.

CRMIT Brings 5,000+ Projects of Global Experience

CRMIT Solutions has more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology and consulting and has delivered more than 5,000 projects globally, according to the company.

Its capabilities span Salesforce, data, AI and enterprise solutions, alongside a focus on long-term customer relationships and recurring services.

The Brooke Global acquisition adds a stronger consulting and governance-led dimension to this technology portfolio.

Focus on Responsible Agentic AI

Artificial intelligence is another key area of the combined strategy.

CRMIT’s Bengaluru-based teams will support technology, AI, engineering and delivery capabilities for the combined organisation. Its Aimplifai Agentic AI squad explores emerging AI technologies and works on translating them into enterprise-ready applications.

The acquisition is expected to create opportunities to scale AI-enabled solutions for public sector and regulated organisations while maintaining an emphasis on governance, trust, cybersecurity and accountability.

Growing Demand for Digital Transformation in Government

Governments and regulated industries across the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region are facing increasing pressure to improve citizen and customer services while managing complex regulatory, cybersecurity and governance requirements.

CRMIT and Brooke Global plan to address these challenges through a consulting-led approach supported by Salesforce, data and AI technologies.

The combination could allow customers to access broader consulting expertise alongside technology implementation and managed services capabilities.

CRMIT CEO Highlights Service Redesign and AI

Vinod Reddy, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CRMIT Solutions, said enterprise transformation will increasingly depend on how effectively organisations redesign services, use data for decision-making and apply AI to generate measurable outcomes.

He described Brooke Global’s public sector expertise as an important addition to CRMIT’s transformation strategy and said the companies aim to develop a consulting-led model focused on customer outcomes.

Brooke Global Sees Opportunity to Scale

Bruce McGregor, Managing Partner at Brooke Global, said the consultancy has built its reputation by helping Australian public sector organisations address complex business challenges through digitally enabled service transformation.

He said joining CRMIT would combine Brooke Global’s consulting capabilities with global delivery scale and advanced AI technologies, while maintaining the governance and accountability expected by public sector customers.

Customer Services to Continue Without Disruption

CRMIT said existing Brooke Global engagements will continue without interruption following the acquisition.

Customers of both companies are expected to gain access to broader consulting capabilities, expanded Salesforce and AI expertise, managed services and increased delivery capacity across Australia and international markets.

What the Acquisition Means for Enterprise Technology

The CRMIT-Brooke Global combination reflects the growing convergence of consulting, enterprise software, data and AI in public sector transformation.

For governments and regulated businesses, adopting AI is not only about deploying new technology. Organisations must also redesign processes, protect sensitive information and maintain strong governance and accountability.

By combining Brooke Global’s public sector consulting expertise with CRMIT’s technology and engineering capabilities, the companies are positioning the expanded group to pursue AI-enabled transformation opportunities across Australia and the wider ANZ market.
