TheMathCompany raises $50 mn In recent funding

A fresh round of fundraising headed by Brighton Park Capital has raised $50 million for TheMathCompany, a data analytics and data engineering startup. This round was also attended by Arihant Patni.

TheMathCompany received financial advice from Avendus Capital and legal advice from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Company.

TheMathCompany is a data science, data engineering, and domain expert firm founded by Sayandeb Banerjee, Aditya Kumbakonam, and Anuj Krishna. It employs almost 1,000 data scientists, data engineers, and domain experts. In the CPG, Retail, Pharma, Automotive, Technology, and Manufacturing industries in the US, UK, and EU, the company represents and partners with Fortune 500 customers.

Sayandeb Banerjee, Aditya Kumbakonam, and Anuj Krishna founded  the company. TheMathCompany, according to Banerjee, works with customers in the retail, pharmaceutical, automotive, technology, and manufacturing industries in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union, and employs almost 1000 data scientists, data engineers, and domain specialists. In the following years, it hopes to treble the company’s revenue and manpower, he added.
