Employee growth enablement platform Courseplay raises INR 3 crore in Seed round

Courseplay, an employee development platform, has raised INR 3 CR in a seed round headed by Inflection Point Ventures. The cash raised will be put towards acquiring new customers and bringing new AI-powered capabilities to market.

Courseplay offers complete training delivery, employee engagement, workflow automation, and impact measurement solutions. By 2020, the startup will have employed around 400,000 people across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Arjun Gupta, Courseplay’s Founder and CEO, graduated from Boston University in 2011 with a degree in Economics and International Relations. He is passionate about the concept and has a thorough understanding of customer behaviour and market gaps. They collaborate with some of the most well-known brands in the automotive, aviation, IT, healthcare, retail, finance, and technology industries. Amazon, SpiceJet, Emami, Swiggy, and other well-known companies are among its clients. Courseplay’s whole technical infrastructure is totally cloud-based, and it makes use of a variety of AWS and Google services to run the platform on a daily basis as well as design and launch unique and novel features.
