D2C Brand Rapidbox raises $4.5 M In Series A Round

Rapidbox, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) company with headquarters in Bengaluru, has announced a $4.5 million Series A round of fundraising sponsored by SIG Venture Capital, the Asian venture capital division of Susquehanna International Group. Among the additional investors in the round are Ananya Goenka, India Quotient, and Tanglin Venture Partners.

The money will be used to increase consumer satisfaction, diversify the brand’s product offering, and grow its reputation.

Arun Paliwal and Manoj Baranwal started RapidBox in 2019 as a retailer of athletic gear, casual clothing, and footwear. The company owns its own production line, giving it control over product production and visibility throughout the whole supply chain.
