Prakash brings a wealth of experience and expertise in Investor Relations, Corporate Development, and Financial Transformation. His prior role was as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ekincare, and he has also held key positions at renowned organizations such as BlackBuck, Brillio Technologies, and SLK Group. With over two decades of professional experience, Prakash is geared to act as a catalyst for driving business transformation.
As the brands embark on the next phase of growth in India and globally, Prakash will spearhead the company’s financial planning and investment strategies. Additionally, his role will involve fostering synergies between Buzzworks, India, and Innovations Group, UAE, to enhance their collective success and market positioning.

An alumnus of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Prakash also holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
