TDCX Opens Second Hyderabad Campus, Strengthening India as a Global Delivery Hub

Hyderabad, India | August 21, 2026 — Global customer experience solutions company TDCX has opened its second campus in Hyderabad, expanding its presence in one of India’s fastest-growing technology and services markets.

Located at Meenakshi Eco Park, the new facility marks another step in TDCX’s India expansion and comes after the company increased its India workforce by more than 600% over the past three years.

TDCX said the expansion reinforces India’s position as its fourth-largest operations base globally.

TDCX Expands Hyderabad Operations

Hyderabad has emerged as one of TDCX’s fastest-growing locations, supported by its technology ecosystem, skilled workforce and growing role in customer experience, sales, digital support and technology-enabled services.

The company’s latest expansion comes as businesses increasingly consolidate customer service, sales and technology operations with global delivery partners that can manage complex workflows at scale.

According to figures cited by TDCX, India’s business process outsourcing services market was valued at approximately $18.7 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $51 billion by 2035.

Byron Fernandez, Group Chief Information Officer and EVP, TDCX, said India has moved beyond being viewed primarily as a cost-arbitrage destination.

He said global companies are increasingly choosing locations such as Hyderabad for access to skilled talent capable of managing complex customer experience, sales and technology operations.

New Hyderabad Campus Designed for Growth

The new TDCX campus is located within Meenakshi Eco Park, a technology-focused development spanning approximately 6 million sq. ft.

The facility has been designed to support TDCX’s continued expansion while providing employees with an environment focused on learning, collaboration and operational performance.

TDCX India supports global clients across sectors including:

  • Digital advertising
  • E-commerce
  • Fintech
  • Technology
  • Digital services

The company’s India operations provide omnichannel customer support and related services to clients across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland and North America.

Hyderabad Becomes a Strategic Technology Hub

TDCX India Country Director Ananth Premkumar said Hyderabad has developed into an important centre for technology, innovation and customer experience delivery.

According to the company, its ability to build and train teams quickly has also become a competitive advantage. For one technology client, TDCX said it can make new agents production-ready in less than six weeks, helping accelerate market launches.

The company believes the combination of skilled talent, operational speed and delivery capabilities is strengthening Hyderabad’s position as a strategic location for global service operations.

TDCX India Workforce Grows Rapidly

The Hyderabad campus expansion follows significant growth in TDCX’s India workforce.

The company said its employee base in India has increased by more than 600% in three years, reflecting growing demand from international clients.

TDCX India has also been recognised as a Great Place to Work for four consecutive years, according to the company.

The new campus is expected to support further hiring and operational expansion as TDCX continues to build its India delivery capabilities.

India’s Role in Global Delivery Continues to Grow

TDCX’s Hyderabad expansion highlights the changing role of India in the global business services industry.

Companies are increasingly looking beyond traditional outsourcing models and seeking delivery centres capable of handling customer experience, digital operations, sales, technology support and increasingly complex workflows.

For Hyderabad, the expansion adds to the city’s growing reputation as a major GCC, technology and global delivery hub.

As companies continue investing in AI-enabled services, digital transformation and customer experience, Hyderabad’s combination of technology talent and established business infrastructure could make it an increasingly important location for global operations.
