Srinivas BG brings more than 40 years of global business leadership experience to Virtusa.

Srinivas BG will succeed Raj Mehta, who has served as Virtusa’s Chairman since 2022.
Mehta will leave his Board position effective October 1, 2026, following a months-long transition. He will continue to remain an investor in the company.
Virtusa credited Mehta with helping oversee the company’s evolution from a founder-run business into a professional services organisation.
Banga also thanked Mehta for his leadership and contributions during his tenure as Chairman.
